2. Alojamiento y entrega de la web

La web se entrega a través de Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, EE. UU. (Cloudflare Pages, red de distribución de contenidos y DNS). Al abrir la página, Cloudflare trata datos de conexión técnicamente necesarios en registros de servidor, en particular la dirección IP, la fecha y la hora, el archivo solicitado, el volumen de datos transferido, información del navegador y del sistema operativo y la página de procedencia. El tratamiento sirve para entregar la web de forma segura, rápida y estable y para protegerla de ataques. La base jurídica es el art. 6.1.f del RGPD (interés legítimo en un funcionamiento seguro y estable). Los datos de registro se conservan solo durante un breve periodo.

Con Cloudflare existe un contrato de encargo de tratamiento conforme al art. 28 del RGPD. Es posible una transferencia a EE. 3. Cookies, seguimiento y análisis

Esta web no usa cookies ni servicios de análisis, seguimiento o marketing. Por eso no es necesario un banner de consentimiento.

4. Tipografías y medios

La web usa tipografías del sistema e imágenes alojadas localmente. Al cargar la página no se establece ninguna conexión con Google Fonts ni con otros proveedores externos de tipografías o medios.

5. Contacto por WhatsApp

A través de los botones «Hablamos» y «Escríbeme por WhatsApp» puedes contactarme por WhatsApp. WhatsApp se abre con un mensaje preparado solo al hacer clic; hasta ese momento no se transmite ningún dato a WhatsApp. Del uso de WhatsApp es responsable WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublín 2, Irlanda (Meta); se aplican sus condiciones de privacidad. El contenido de tu mensaje, tu número de teléfono y tu nombre de perfil los trato para responder a tu solicitud. La base jurídica es el art. 6.1.b del RGPD (preparación o ejecución de un contrato) o el art. 6.1.f del RGPD (interés legítimo en un contacto sencillo).

6. Contacto por correo electrónico y teléfono

Si me escribes por correo electrónico o me llamas, trato tus datos (por ejemplo nombre, dirección de correo, número de teléfono y el contenido de la solicitud) para gestionarla y responderte. La base jurídica es el art. 6.1.b del RGPD en consultas precontractuales o el art. 6.1.f del RGPD en los demás casos.

Los correos dirigidos a [email protected] se reenvían mediante Cloudflare Email Routing (Cloudflare, Inc., véase el apartado 2) a un buzón de Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublín 4, Irlanda (Gmail), donde se tratan. Ambos proveedores actúan como encargados del tratamiento. Elimino las solicitudes en cuanto están resueltas y no existen obligaciones legales de conservación.

7. Comunicación de datos

Tus datos no se venden y solo se comunican a los proveedores mencionados arriba en la medida necesaria para el funcionamiento de la web y la gestión de tu solicitud, o cuando estoy legalmente obligado a ello.

2. Hosting and delivery of the website

The website is delivered via Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Pages, content delivery network and DNS). When the page is loaded, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data in server logs, in particular IP address, date and time, the file requested, the amount of data transferred, browser and operating system information and the referring page. The processing serves the secure, fast and stable delivery of the website and its protection against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). The log data are stored only for a short period.

A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare. A transfer to the USA is possible; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU standard contractual clauses apply in addition. Further information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

You can reach me via WhatsApp using the buttons “Let's talk” and “Message me on WhatsApp”. WhatsApp only opens with a prepared message once you click; no data are transmitted to WhatsApp before that. WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland (Meta) is responsible for the use of WhatsApp; their privacy terms apply. I process the content of your message, your phone number and your profile name in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in simple contact).

6. Contact by email and phone

If you write or call me, I process your details (such as name, email address, phone number and the content of the enquiry) in order to handle and answer it. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for other matters.

Emails to [email protected] are forwarded via Cloudflare Email Routing (Cloudflare, Inc., see section 2) to a mailbox at Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (Gmail) and processed there. Both providers act as processors. I delete enquiries as soon as they have been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Your data are not sold and are only passed on to the service providers named above insofar as this is necessary for operating the website and handling your enquiry, or where I am legally obliged to do so.

Beim Aufruf verarbeitet Cloudflare technisch notwendige Verbindungsdaten in Server-Logs, insbesondere IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Datei, übertragene Datenmenge, Browser- und Betriebssysteminformationen sowie die verweisende Seite. Die Verarbeitung dient der sicheren, schnellen und stabilen Auslieferung der Website und dem Schutz vor Angriffen.
